Class 9

Monday 18th July

Due to the beautiful sunny weather we are experiencing, we shall postpone our party day until Wednesday.

Thursday 14th July

Could all children please bring in a strong, named carrier bag. We shall be sending books and schoolwork home on Tuesday. 

Monday 11th July: Homework books are coming home today. Please do not not send them back into school now.

Any unfinished homework can be finished in the holidays!

Can you please make sure that on Monday 18th July that all reading books are returned to school. 

Thank you for all of your support this year in completing homework tasks. 

Don’t forget non school uniform day on Friday 24th June. Please bring in a bottle for the Summer Fete tombola.

Welcome to Class 9: Summer Term

 

PE KITS:  PE kits will need to be worn on a Tuesday and Wednesday (

HOMEWORK: Homework will be given out every Monday and will be collected in the following Monday.

Spellings will be tested every Tuesday morning *Children who are getting 6 or below out of 10 will be asked to stay in at playtime to practise again. 

Staff will monitor completion of homework but please mark the homework together at home.

READING: It is important that you read daily and that reading records are signed by an adult. Reading records and reading books will be checked every Monday. Please make sure you have them with you ready for checking.

EQUIPMENT: Please bring in your own pencil case including a pencil, rubbers, pencil crayons and a glue stick. Water bottles are to be brought into school daily and children have the option to bring in fruit for their morning break. You can now bring your lunch to school in a lunchbox.

OTHER INFORMATION: Year 4 start time: 8:45am

                                         Year 4 finish time: 3:30pm

All photos will now be saved in the 'look at our learning' star.
