Halloween Fun

Congratulations to Aoife O'Brien in Class 7 who designed our new logo.

Thank you to everyone who worked so hard on their entries. It was a difficult decision.

Friends of Christ The King is currently seeking parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, past pupils or members of the parish to get involved with the group.

If you are interested in being involved with the Friends of Christ the King please contact us.

Over the years the Friends of Christ the King have raised many thousands of pounds which they have donated to the School. These funds have been used to support school projects which otherwise wouldn't have gone ahead.

The Friends of Christ the King have always played an active role within the school, organising lots of events for the children and parents/carers to enjoy, at the same time raising funds to benefit our children. Last year we organised many successful events, including the Christmas Bazaar, Sports/Fete Day, Disco's, Panto, Pamper Night, Sponsored Zumba and Nursery Wellie Walk, to name just a few! The children's disco is always a popular, if noisy, occasion.

The main event of the year is the School Sports Day held in July. This is the major fundraising activity of the school year, and the Friends of Christ the King are normally very actively involved with parents who can to come and lend a hand by manning stalls and helping out with various other enjoyable activities.

All parents of children at the school automatically become members of Friends of Christ the King. Notices of meetings are included in the School Newsletter, and are posted on this web site.

Could you spare just a couple of hours to go to one of these fun and social meetings? The success of the Friends of Christ the King depends on parents' suggestions for future activities.

You can can find out more about the Friends of Christ the King, or send in ideas and suggestions by contacting the school.
